About Deb
Background
Deb Sofield hails from beautiful Greenville, South Carolina. As the youngest of five children - and the only girl - she learned early on how to defend herself while disarming and delighting those willing to take her on.
Deb took those gifts and applied them to community service, winning a seat on a Greenville City Council which she held for many years before being overwhelming elected to the Commission of Public Works for the Water System - the first woman to ever hold this position since the commission's inception in 1918.
